Get a Peg Board, get Perler Beads, Use the Beads like Pixels when you make Pixel art, and then you put Wax Paper over the Peg Board with the Beads on it when you think you're done, and then Iron it for a few seconds to let all of the beads stick to each other. Not too long, though, or the beads will melt entirely.
You can buy the Peg Board [link] , Beads [link] , And Wax Paper at Micheals, or Joaans, depending on what you have near you.
Basically any craft store will supply the Board, and Beads, if they don't sell Wax Paper, then you can buy it at any local Grocery store c:
